Recommended Dosage

0.2%~2% (personal care products), adjusted according to viscosity requirements.

Dispersion method:

Slowly add dry powder to cold water and stir at high speed to avoid agglomeration;

Heat to 50-60℃ to promote hydration, and reach the final viscosity after cooling.

Pharmaceutical application:

Direct compression specification (DC) optimizes fluidity and is suitable for high-speed tableting;

When used as a solid dispersion carrier, combined with HPMC to inhibit drug crystallization and maintain supersaturation

Shrinkage holes appear during slurry coating?

Countermeasures: Check graphite dispersion, select highly compatible CMC or increase slurry viscosity.
Slow recovery of formulation viscosity?

Insufficient dissolution temperature or insufficient stirring; ensure that the temperature is raised to 60°C before cooling.
Fluctuation in the release curve of sustained-release tablets?

Customized specifications of Benecel™ K250/K750 are preferred to replace mixed polymers to reduce batch-to-batch differences.
