Recipe

Dissolution method

Method 1: Gently heat to 60-70°C, stir and add to the system, and add other components after dissolution.

Method 2: Premix dissolution - Mix DOE-120 and water in a ratio of 1:5~1:10, heat and dissolve, and then add the surfactant solution.

FAQ

Are particles or turbidity present during dissolution?

Ensure that the temperature is ≥65°C and extend the stirring time; premixing can improve dispersion efficiency.
Is the thickening effect not as expected?

Check the pH of the system (5.5-7.0 is recommended). Strong acidic environment may weaken the thickening property.
Is stratification present after storage?

Avoid low temperature storage (melting point is about 45°C). Re-melt in a 60°C water bath before use.
