Dissolution Process:

Operation guide (standard preparation method)

1. Basic formula (0.5% addition)

Ingredients Content

Carbopol 981 0.5%

Deionized water to 100%

Neutralizer (TEA) q.s. (adjust pH to 6.0-7.5)

2. Preparation steps

Pre-dispersion:

Under stirring at 600-800rpm, slowly sprinkle Carbopol 981

Continue stirring for 30-40 minutes until completely dispersed

Neutralization and thickening:

Slowly add neutralizer (10% TEA aqueous solution is recommended)

Adjust pH to the target range (6.0-7.5 is best)

Post-treatment:

Add oil phase and other active ingredients (temperature <60℃)

Homogenization (optional, 3000rpm, 1-2 minutes)
