Dissolution Steps


Take the required amount of PEG-90M and slowly add it to deionized water, stirring at 800-1200 rpm.

Heating to 40℃ can accelerate dissolution (avoid exceeding 60℃)

    The water hardness is too high. Use deionized water or add 0.05% EDTA-2Na chelating agent.

    Check the pH value of the system (ideal range 5.0-7.0). Strong acid/alkali environment will degrade the polymer.
  • How to deal with powder agglomeration?

    Store in a sealed environment with humidity ≤ 60%. The agglomerated material can continue to be used after passing through an 80-mesh sieve.
