Premix TR-1 and glycerol into slurry (1:1 ratio)

Add water phase at 800rpm and stir for 15 minutes

Thixotropic construction stage:

Add AMP-95 to adjust pH to 6.5

Viscosity rises to base viscosity instantly

Suspension loading stage:

Directly add all active particles (no need to batch)

Homogenize at 2000rpm for 1 minute

System activation:

Stand for 15 minutes to complete final structure construction
