Ingredients Content

Carbopol EDT 2020 0.5%

Deionized water to 100%

Neutralizer (NaOH) q.s. (adjust pH to 6.5-7.5)

2. Breakthrough Preparation Process

Fast Dispersion Stage:

Add EDT 2020 directly under 300-500rpm stirring

No premixing/slow sprinkle, hydration completed in 5 minutes

Smart Thickening Stage:

Add neutralizer (5% NaOH solution recommended)

Viscosity is fully established within 2-3 minutes

Post-processing optimization:

Add active ingredients (temperature <60℃)
