Operate Process

Cosmetic formula process:

Transparent essence:

When oil phase: water phase = 1:9, add 3-5%

It is recommended to heat to 70℃ and stir to dissolve

Essential oil solubilization:

Premix with essential oil 1:1 first, then add to the water phase

Low temperature formula:

Mix with propylene glycol 2:1 to prevent crystallization

Application in the medical field:

Topical tincture: 15-20% of total oil

Transdermal patch: 5-8% of the matrix
