Hydrogenated Castor Oil PEG-60 CO-60 is a nonionic surfactant modified by cobalt-60 (CO-60) irradiation. It is made by the addition reaction of hydrogenated castor oil and 60 moles of ethylene oxide (PEG-60). This product combines the stability of hydrogenated castor oil with the excellent emulsification properties of PEG-60.

Operate Process
1. Cosmetic applications (such as creams, lotions)
Recommended dosage: 1%-5% (adjusted according to formula requirements)
Dissolution method:
Heat to 60-70℃ and mix with the oil phase, then slowly add the water phase for homogenization and emulsification.
Precautions:
Avoid direct mixing with strong acids/bases to avoid affecting the emulsification performance.
2. Pharmaceutical external preparations (such as ointments, creams)
Recommended ratio: 3%-8% (as an emulsifying matrix)
Process requirements: Prepare in a clean environment to avoid microbial contamination.
