Mild emulsion formula process


Oil phase preparation:

Heat Glucate SS and oil to 75℃

Stir until completely transparent

Classic formula:

Glucate SS 4%

Caprylic/capric triglyceride 8%

Glycerin 3%

Deionized water balance

Key control points:

⚠️ Must be completely melted before mixing the water phase

⚠️ Homogenization speed recommended 2000-3000rpm (3 minutes)
