Functional products: antiperspirant, hair straightener (resistant to high electrolyte environment).

Suitable for formulas containing high concentrations of electrolytes (such as antiperspirant salts, hyaluronic acid systems).
Strong cold and hot stability, no stratification of the paste at -20℃ to 50℃.

Compatible with nonionic, anionic, and cationic surfactants, supporting independent or emulsified use in oil-in-water (O/W) systems.

Produces a delicate emulsion/paste with a skin feel close to human sebum, suitable for skin care products and hair care products.

Recipe


Ratio range: 

Recommended addition amount 3-10% (adjusted according to the oil phase content).


Process flow:

Heat the oil phase to 70-80℃, add GP-200 to dissolve.

Heat the water phase to the same temperature, homogenize and emulsify, then cool down.

Storage conditions: Store in a sealed place away from light, in a cool and dry place to avoid caking.

    Solution: Reduce the oil phase to less than 50% and extend the homogenization time to 5 minutes7.
