Operate Process
Recommended dosage: 1.5%-3%, adjusted according to the formulation requirements.
Usage:
Mix the oil phase (such as silicone oil, vegetable oil) and emulsifier Heda P135 evenly;
Slowly add the water phase (which may contain electrolytes/ethanol) and emulsify at high speed;
Add active ingredients or preservatives after cooling to below 40°C.
Compatibility test: It is recommended to conduct a small sample test first to ensure compatibility with other ingredients in the formula (such as sunscreen, vitamin C derivatives).

Q1: Emulsion is unstable and stratified
Cause analysis: Insufficient emulsifier dosage or insufficient shearing
