Dispersion And Dissolution Process


Food and beverage applications

Dissolution process:

Add directly to the water phase, stirring speed 200-400rpm

Complete dissolution time: 5-10 minutes (25℃)

Carbonated beverage formula:

Sodium benzoate 0.03%

Citric acid 0.1%

Syrup 10%


Cosmetic applications

Need to use acidity regulator (best effect when pH≤4.5)

Avoid direct mixing with vitamin C (may generate benzene)
