Addition To Cosmetic Formula

Dissolution method:

Water phase system: pre-dissolve in hot propylene glycol (1:3 ratio, 60℃)

Oil phase system: heat with oil to 80℃ to dissolve

Classic compounding scheme:

Methylparaben 0.2%

Phenoxyethanol 0.5%

Pentylene glycol 2.0%

Key control points:

Avoid direct mixing with high concentration non-ionic surfactants (may reduce activity)

The final pH is controlled at 4.0-7.0 (optimal activity range)
