Dissolution method:

Water phase system: pre-dissolve in propylene glycol (1:4 ratio) and then add

Oil phase system: directly heat with oil (≤80℃)

Phenoxyethanol 0.5%

Key control points

Need to be added below 60℃ (high temperature is easy to volatilize)

Avoid direct mixing with high concentration of non-ionic surfactants (may reduce activity)
