Operation Guide
Hydration and dispersion methods (key steps):
Standard hydration method (applicable to most applications):
Step 1: Pre dispersion
Under high-speed shear stirring (recommended ≥ 800 rpm), slowly and evenly sieve the powder into room temperature water. This is the most crucial step in avoiding the formation of "fish eyes" (gum lumps).
Step 2: Heating activation
Heat the dispersed solution to 85-95 ° C and maintain high-speed stirring at this temperature for 20-30 minutes. Heating is a necessary condition for complete hydration and achieving maximum viscosity.
Step 3: Cooling and completion
Stop heating and continue stirring and cooling to the desired process temperature. After cooling, the viscosity will reach its peak.
