Hair Mask Formula Process

Pre-hydration step:

Premix with glycerin 1:1, let stand for 30 minutes

Add 60℃ water phase, stirring speed 1000-1500rpm

Luxury hair mask formula:

N-Hance 3197 1.2%

Hydrolyzed keratin 3%

Shea butter 5%

Silicone oil emulsion 4%

Key control points

Must be fully hydrated before adjusting pH (otherwise it will affect viscosity)

Need to add in steps when compounding with cationic conditioners (such as polyquaternium-10)

Will there be stringing after dissolution?

This is a normal phenomenon and can be solved by:
① Add 0.1% disodium EDTA
② Use anchor-type stirring paddle
