Basic Formula For Conditioner

Dissolution process:

Premixed with glycerin (1:1 ratio)

Add water phase, stirring speed 800-1200rpm

Dissolution time: 30-45 minutes

N-Hance 3196 0.8%

Cetearyl alcohol 3%

Silicone oil 2%
