Ashland Gafquat 755N-O is a quaternized acrylic acid polymer, a cationic conditioning agent designed for hair care products. It forms a protective film on the hair through a unique positive charge structure, significantly improving the combing, antistatic and glossiness of the hair. It is the core ingredient of two-in-one shampoo, conditioner and styling products.

Operate Process


Conditioner/Hair Mask:

Add 1-2% to the water phase (add at 45-60℃)

Recommended pH range 4.0-6.0 (optimal deposition conditions)

Two-in-one Shampoo:

Premix with main surfactant and add (0.5-1.5%)

Avoid direct mixing with high concentration anionic polymers

Styling products:

Compound with PVP/VA copolymer (ratio 1:2) to enhance styling power
