Dissolution Process


Solvent selection

Aqueous system: Stir and dissolve at room temperature, recommended concentration 10-20%.

Alcohol system: Isopropyl alcohol has higher viscosity and needs to be heated at 50-60°C to accelerate dissolution.


Pharmaceutical adhesive

Add 3-5% to tablet formulation, wet granulation pressure ≤5kN
