Dissolution method


Cold water dissolution: 

Stirring speed: 500-800rpm

Addition order: Slowly sprinkle into water (avoid lumps)

Complete dissolution time: about 30-60 minutes

Hot water dissolution (accelerated process):

Water temperature: 60-80℃

Dissolution time can be shortened to 15-20 minutes


Formula application

Hair spray formula: 2-4% PVP K30 + ethanol

Mask essence: 0.5-1.5% as thickener

Tablet binder: 3-5% aqueous solution
