OLVEA Shea Butter is made from Vitellaria paradoxa nuts sourced directly from West Africa through cold-pressed extraction and four-stage molecular distillation. Its unique combination of "triterpenes + cinnamate" (unsaponifiable matter content ≥ 8%) has excellent repair and anti-inflammatory properties. It is an organic skin care raw material certified by the European Union ECOCERT and is suitable for high-end creams, hair care products and ointment bases.

Operate Process


Skin care application:

Repairing cream:

Add 5-20% to the oil phase, melt and emulsify at 75℃

It is recommended to mix with ceramide 3:1

Lip care:

Replace 50% beeswax (melting point adjusted to 38-42℃)

1% vitamin E can be added for antioxidant

Hair care:

Mix with coconut oil 1:1 and preheat at 60℃

Recommended amount for hair mask 15-30%

Food/medical application:

Chocolate fat substitute: maximum replacement amount 25%

Ointment matrix: mix with vaseline 2:1
